Maths problem....can you figure it out?! (1,000 house points if you do!)

In front of a classroom there is a concrete square pad with a concrete walkway leading to it.
The total area of the pad is 151m squared
 The width of the concrete  walkway is 4meters less than the length of the concrete square pad.
The concrete walkway is 5meters longer that the length of the concrete square pad.
What is the length of the concrete square pad?

    Hint: 151m is total area (including pathway)
    if 151 is prime
    12.2882057274 x 12.2882057274=151
